Task Completion Rules

• All tasks must be completed honestly and according to instructions
• Screenshots or proof may be required for verification
• Tasks are reviewed within 24-48 hours
• Incomplete or fraudulent tasks will be rejected without payment
• Daily task limits apply based on your subscription plan
• You cannot complete the same task multiple times

Payment Timeline

Earnings from completed tasks are credited to your account balance after verification. Verification typically takes 24-48 hours but may be longer during peak periods.

Eligibility

Withdrawal access is available to users with paid subscription plans (Standard, Premium, or VIP). Free plan users must upgrade to withdraw earnings.

Prohibited Activities

• Fraud: Using bots, automation, or fake accounts to complete tasks
• Multiple Accounts: Creating multiple accounts to earn more rewards
• False Information: Providing fake proof or screenshots for task completion
• System Abuse: Attempting to exploit bugs or vulnerabilities in the platform
• Spamming: Excessive or unsolicited referral link sharing
• Account Sharing: Allowing others to use your account
• Chargebacks: Requesting refunds through payment processors after receiving services

Consequences

Violation of these rules may result in:

• Warning and temporary suspension
• Forfeiture of earnings and bonuses
• Permanent account termination
• Legal action in cases of fraud or criminal activity

Voluntary Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining balance can be withdrawn before closure, subject to withdrawal policies.

Involuntary Termination

OptevaNest reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms and Conditions
• Engage in fraudulent or suspicious activity
• Remain inactive for extended periods (no activity for 12+ months)
• Are associated with illegal activities

Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Access to your account will be revoked
• Pending earnings may be forfeited
• Outstanding balances may be processed or forfeited based on circumstances
• Subscriptions are non-refundable

OptevaNest is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operations.
